On September 27, 2026, a delegation from Hunan Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (stock code: 603998.SH), a main-board listed company, visited the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cell Valley for exchange. The delegation included Zhang Qinghua, Actual Controller and Party Secretary; Zhou Xiaoli, Chairman and General Manager; Liu Xinhe, Group Vice President; Ouyang, Investment Director; and Yang Fan, General Manager of the holding subsidiary Guangdong Jida Genetic Medicine Engineering Research Center Co., Ltd. Shi Yuanyuan, Founder, Chairman, and General Manager of Shenzhen Cell Valley Group; Song Youyong, Board Secretary; Wang Shaoqing, Chief Financial Officer; Sun Rui, Head of Marketing; and Han Shu, Director of the General Administration Office of Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cell Valley, extended a warm welcome. The two parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics including joint development of key CGT pipelines and medical-enterprise-hospital collaborative translation, jointly exploring new industrialization pathways for the implementation of cell and gene therapy achievements.

At the outset of the exchange, Professor Shi Yuanyuan extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical and systematically introduced Cell Valley's development in the cell and gene therapy field, covering platform positioning, technology systems, and industrialization layout. Leveraging core technologies including retroviral vectors, eVLP delivery, NK/CAR-NK, MSC, and exosomes, as well as the synergistic capabilities of multi-regional platforms including the Shenzhen headquarters, the Zhongshan Junhou base, and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cell Valley, Cell Valley has built full-chain capabilities covering process development, technology transfer, quality research, personnel training, and clinical translation services. It can provide systematic support to partners in areas including co-development of in-hospital preparation centers, project review, CMC support, and platform operations. Professor Shi Yuanyuan expressed his hope to deeply integrate Cell Valley's technology platform capabilities with Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical's industrial investment, specialty resources, and subsequent development capabilities to jointly advance cell therapy projects from document review toward clinical research and industrial translation.

Party Secretary Zhang Qinghua fully affirmed the Cell Valley Group's platform development, technology foundation, and clinical translation service capabilities. He stated that Fang Sheng Pharmaceutical is continuously building its layout in innovative drug tracks including cell and gene therapy through Jida Genetic, possessing project investment, industrial development, and subsequent commercialization resources. He noted that the two parties have strong complementarity and broad cooperation space in building hospital-side translation capabilities.

Going forward, both parties will continue to deepen communication and engagement, jointly advancing joint development of cell therapies, empowering the high-quality development of the regional cell therapy industry through platform co-development, and enabling cell and gene therapy technologies to benefit clinical practice and patients more quickly and reliably.
