On August 28, the "AI Precision Medicine – Shenzhen Delegation" visited the Cell Valley Group for site inspection and research. The visiting delegation included Huang Zhihui, General Manager of Taiwan Nova Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Assistant to the Chairman of Taiwan Advanced Biotechnology Co., Ltd., as well as Executive Director of the Taiwan Development Research Institute; Mei Minghui, Deputy Director of the Taiwan Development Research Institute; Dr. Xu Songhao, Researcher at the Taiwan AI Precision Medicine Center; and other senior representatives from Taiwan's technology industry, trade and services, financial investment, construction and real estate, consumer goods, and social welfare sectors. Professor Shi Yuanyuan, Chairman and General Manager of the Cell Valley Group; Wei Zheng, Administrative Director; Dr. Fu Yuchen, Director of the International Medical Center; and Han Shu, Director of the General Administration Office, jointly hosted the delegation.

The delegation first toured the Cell Valley Group's core exhibition hall and the real-time display screens of the group's interconnected laboratories across multiple s. Dr. Fu Yuchen systematically introduced the Group's achievements in industrial-scale viral vector technology, full-process quality control systems, and clinical translation applications.

During the symposium, Professor Shi Yuanyuan, on behalf of the Group, extended a warm welcome to the delegation and systematically introduced the Cell Valley Group's development strategy. He stated that Shenzhen Cell Valley, as a full-chain clinical translation and industrialization platform for CGT, leverages AI technology to close the industry loop, covering five core pillars: technology R&D, cell products, clinical networks, target resources, and quality systems, forming a reusable clinical translation infrastructure. The company has also been selected for two consecutive years as a "white-list" pilot enterprise for import and export of biopharmaceutical special items in Shenzhen, with core business already covering key markets including Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Hong Kong, China, as the company's globalization strategy continues to deepen. At the same time, the Group places high importance on the collaborative development of the cross-strait biopharmaceutical industry, jointly advancing technology implementation and clinical translation.

President Huang Zhihui expressed strong recognition of Cell Valley's technological layout and internationalization strategy. She noted that Taiwan possesses deep accumulations in AI precision medical services, clinical research resources, refined industrial operations, and Southeast Asian market channels. The cross-strait complementarity in cell therapy and precision medicine offers enormous cooperation potential. Both sides will jointly explore pathways for cooperation implementation and create a demonstration model for cross-strait collaboration in the cell therapy industry, achieving a win-win outcome for technological innovation and public welfare.
